Which is one thing I am worried about using the LFD feature, will it look at people's gear or can people in lvl 70 greens hop in a lvl 80 heroic with it Comment by Ryuji2 Interesting. I'm not sure if I just skipped over a comment or not but earlier I was doing FoS, PoS and HoR in quest order in normal mode and found that emblems of Triumph dropped off each boss in all 3 instances. Is this because I went in lfg for it or what? Kinda confusing since I thought EoT would only drop off heroic modes.

Comment by Zokathra For your information. With patch 3. The daily dungeon quests available in Dalaran will be removed. The new Emblem of Frost will be rewarded for the first daily random-dungeon quest, weekly raid quests, certain bosses in the current WotLK raids, and the bosses in the new ICC raids.

While these changes will make Triumph the easy-to-farm badge, there will still be a need for Conquest and lower emblems due to the current vendor itemization. Not wishing to repeat the good information that joneru has already posted.

Saying "or you could" makes it sound like you are comparing like to like, which you arent. If you picked your dungeons all the time, it would take you 70 minimum clear runs and about 55 max clear runs assuming you randomly picked yourself which one you had. What is probably more usefull is taking into account the extra emblems from doing the random dungeon which would also add and extra 2 to Occulus as you get that as a reward from doing it as a random.

So, you now get on average 5 per min clear, and 6 per max clear. This now makes it 42 minimum clear runs to get full T9, and 35 maximum clear runs to get full t9. In reality, it will probably take a few more runs than this but is also possible to take less depending how many times you run per day, but that's enough maths for now! My friend, a rogue, and I agreed to lock out exp at level 79 so we could rock that bracket for a while before facing the resilience-laden folks at The set of gear I have my eye on will cost tons of Honor, plus some WG marks and about Emblems of Triumph I could buy it all with Honor, but using marks and emblems will save like k Honor.

If I'm frozen at level 79, and I don't raid all my resources are going into getting PvP gear, so I don't have gear worthy of raiding , is my only source of Emblems of Triumph the first random dungeon of each day? Am I doomed to trudge through days' worth of random non-heroic, because I'm 79 dungeons to get my 2 per day?

Is there any other way to earn them? In the end, I will unlock exp and level to 80 - and have this set of PvP gear waiting for me because I won't be able to wear it at 79, it all requires I'm hoping that will help me cope with all the geared folks in the 80 bracket and hopefully not fall too far from grace compared to what I can do in Any thoughts? It seems that you can start obtaining these by doing daily randoms 2 a day like Frost at The leather armor vendor should be one of the lined-up shops near the alliance bank check up their front display, it should be something like "Langrom's leather and links" PS: dont buy "furious" gear unless you want to pvp.

Edited: March 19, March 27, Hello guys, well, one week later and im stuck. I jumped of 3. I did every Heroic dungeon i could and there isn't much gear left for me. Where do i go from here? What's the next step. I did Naxx normal 10 people and i did it quite okay. I tried Flame Leviathan last night and the giant boss that spills lava destroyed us over and over. Is there anything else i need to do, and where do i go from here, where do i get my gear next? March 28, Pick-up groups usually ask for more gs, but if you join a guild they'll probably gladly take you there with your current gear.

You could also try Trial of the Crusader ToC 10man mode and 25 man mode if you manage to get in , they loot some decent gear for you. Onyxia 10 and 25 man are not common, but sometimes you'll seeone pop up on global, it's about your ilvl so you should try getting in if you see one.
