My email is more reliable. It was working great for a little bit but then my messages stopped going through. The app needs improvement: - You cannot delete one text message. This is not reliable at all! I hope these issues can be addressed soon. Thank you! I liked it at first but then it keep bugging me about my number getting reclaimed so then I did what it said to do to help pervert it but then my number was still reclaimed even after it did what it said to do to stop it :.
I love the app for texting and picture messaging for free. Wish it would have calling for free but I just got the app for texting and picture messaging anyways. I love this app, it's SO helpful, but u can only call and text with wifi, so this becomes an issue. In addition, there is no FaceTime feature, and the pops up when someone texts u instead of the name of the person. U can't receive vids either! Plz fix these, but otherwise, the app is gr8! I love the app but It has a few issues about receiving messages on time like someone texts me but I get it 20 minuets later and I have much to do and I need to get my messages on time not 20 minutes later please help.
I love the app. I just wished it let you know in advance before your number timed out. I call who I want to call. People can text me from basically anywhere. And I can send voice messages too!!! This app is great but one problem so if I call my friend or he calls me it mutes but it is still good though.
I hope the issues get resolved soon. This app is the worse. I can be on a call for 10 seconds. This thing will take a whole minute away.

Cheap free calls is a lie. Which forces me to use credit. Credit system is trash a lot of downloading free apps only for it not to reward you. Does not deliver all texts or pics Customer care is non existent no response for days poor quality. This just started happening. Very frustrating since in order for me to reply I have to start an all new group text.
Yes frustrating I think text plus is just truly a horrible app I use it to communicate with my friends and family but when I have to make a call it last for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
It also it hangs up on the person your calling automatically. And Even if you block them they will just keep calling you or chose another number with same area.
Until that is fixed I will not recommended this app! This also a Harassing app: Miserable and constant reminders to use the app once a week or you will loose the number. You will also receive spam calls for the number you chose, numbers as recycled too. Not worthy. So I tried to be the bigger person and give this app another try. I PAID to keep my number! Forget about trying to get ahold of support. I'm using apple iPhone.
Are there settings I need to change? I've verified email, cellphone number. Allowed all text plus prompts. You guys should fix that up.. This app is a whole lot of mess. The app gets worst after every single update.. A whole lot is wrong with this app, I am just so sad I paid dearly for this service.. It says I missed the call, when it never even rung. I was ok with it until I started getting text messages from unknown entities referencing things I had discussed in texts to friends. That was alarming alone, but the messages also included fishy links. I uninstalled the app and wish I could delete my history. The apps fails to give notifications time and time again. After multiple attempts to reach these folks for support, I must assume they are not concerned about customer experience.
I am having issues where some texts appear to be sent, but are never received by the intended recipient. Additionally, I paid to have ads removed and am still seeing those ads. Good concept, but failed implementation. Currently this new update has kept kicking me off the app. Hopefully you can fix that. One day i log into my account,i found that my textplus Number is lost!!! I use it to communicate with many of my friends, however as of late my text messages have not been getting sent through which is odd because I can still make phone calls and send photos.
I have to wait several hours just to reply and it can be very frustrating as my messages will be working one minute and then seconds later it is not. I have contacted support twice and have not heard anything.
I gave up on it. Locks up constantly, I hear it go off but messages take forever to show up. I'm not sure what the deal is with their customer service.
I recently ran into an issue where I'm no longer able to receive SMS messages. So I attempted to reach out to their support for assistance which is only available by email apparently. I searched all over the web and the only option they have for support is email. So I send an email through their app requesting support for my issue and more than a week later the only response I've received is an automated message that their system received my request.
I've emailed them more than once and haven't received anything more than that automated response. Just horrible. Save yourself the trouble of this app and avoid using their service. There are other services available that do a much better job than textPlus.

Please add a feature that makes it so you can optional have to add numbers to your contacts before they can text you. Why would somebody do that? Tell you something is free and then try to make you pay for it: dishonest. I only have this on my iPad now so that I can use my Chatbot in Telegram. For me, it just barely works for texting, and is completely useless for phone calls.
